This privacy policy sets out how Cosa Nostra Coffee handles your personal information. Cosa Nostra Coffee complies with Australian privacy legislation. 
We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the purpose of providing you with Premium Quality Coffee, coffee related equipment, developments and information. If you subscribe you will receive updates from us from time to time. We do not sell or give away access to the personal information you provide to us. 

Staying Anonymous

You can browse this website anonymously. However, if you would like to take advantage of our services, you will need to identify yourself to us and at that point we will collect your personal information.

Collecting personal information

When you purchase or access any of our products of services online we will collect your name and contact details necessary for us to contact you, receive payment and deliver your goods.

At all times we aim to only collect the information we need for the particular service we are providing.

  • background tracking and records of changes made to your personal information

Our website data is currently hosted by Netregistry which has a data centre in Sydney, Australia. 

Disclosure

The information that we collect about you is used only for the purpose of providing you with our products and services. We do not publish your personal information. We may give access to identification data we obtain and transaction records to appropriate and competent advisors or authorities for the proper operation of our business or as legally obliged to do so. 

We do not use data processing houses overseas. However, we may use technical assistance located in another country and the people providing that assistance may be able to access your personal information in the course of providing services to us. We require those providers to comply with our privacy obligations.

Accessing and correcting your personal information

You may request copies of the information we hold about you, which will only be provided electronically. You have the ability to make a request to amend or correct that information. If we do not agree with your requested change, we will keep a copy of your request with our information.
